These have to be my favorite side to make with sandwiches and burgers. (Or I just eat them alone!) If you have an air-fryer and you are not making these… you are totally missing out! The air-fryer gives the sweet potatoes a nice crisp on the outside.

My favorite way to enjoy these french fries is drizzled in honey. I happened to be at Eataly in Boston for my 30th birthday and picked up a bottle of Mike’s Hot Honey. I have used it as my honey in so many different ways and always have it on my charcuterie board as it pairs nicely with cheese. I am obsessed with this honey, and totally recommend you get yourself some. Its the perfect bit of sweet and spice!

Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 2-3 Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tbsp Mikes Hot Honey
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Wash and dry potatoes.
- Cut potatoes into french fries.
- Drizzle with olive oil and spread spices over evenly. Mix to ensure all coated evenly.
- Place in air fryer and cook on 400º for about 15-20 minutes depending on air fryer and amount of potatoes.
- Remove from air fryer and drizzle with Mikes Hot Honey. Enjoy!
Notes
Air fryer time will vary. I have a french fry setting on my air fryer that cooks for 20 minutes on 400º. I like my fries a bit crunchy so I leave them in for the total time.
I measure seasonings with heart. I want to be sure there is enough but not too much.
