Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Wisk
  • 1 Baking Dish

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Croissants – Not Fresh
  • 2 cups Left Over Holiday Ham Cut into small pieces
  • 8 Large Eggs
  • 1 3/4 Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
  • 2 cups Gruyere Any cheese will do!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Cut croissants into 4 pieces and add to baking dish, cut side up
  • Cut ham into small slices and cover croissants with ham
  • Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, dijon and salt and pepper
  • Pour egg mixture over the croissants and ham, followed by the cheese
  • Wrap tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and broil on low for several minutes. Keep an eye on it as ovens vary.
