4 Large Croissants - Not Fresh 2 cups Left Over Holiday Ham Cut into small pieces 8 Large Eggs 1 3/4 Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt 1 tbsp Cracked Black Pepper 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme 2 cups Gruyere Any cheese will do!
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Cut croissants into 4 pieces and add to baking dish, cut side up
Cut ham into small slices and cover croissants with ham
Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, dijon and salt and pepper
Pour egg mixture over the croissants and ham, followed by the cheese
Wrap tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and broil on low for several minutes. Keep an eye on it as ovens vary.
